Another nice day in the northern Westfjords
This morning we worked out and went to the pool. Sage requested the slide as much as possible. Steve and I would take her down a few and then retreat to a tub to warm up.

Friend is missing which is quite distressing. I remember him yesterday, but we couldn’t find him last night when we got ready for bed. A search of the camper turns up nothing.

Afterwards we drove up to the lookout again. This time instead of being in a cloud, we were above the cloud. It was slightly better than last time, but we still didn’t see anything from the lookout. We will have to try again.

We had lunch and called Grandma and Grandpa.
Then we drove to a hike in a nearby valley. I took a nap while Steve and Sage hiked up the valley. Sage was tired but fighting a nap, so we hoped a hike would do the trick.

Then into town for groceries and dinner at Tjoruhusid again. It was just as amazing as the first time.

We called Meg and saw sweet little Bethany on the way home. More looking for Friend to no avail.
Tomorrow we are taking a boat to Hornstrandir National Park here and hiking from one side to the other. It is 9 miles total. We’ve been waiting here for favorable weather and ferry schedules, and finally tomorrow is the day.
